Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done at your own risk and legal exposure.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. 444com may suspend or terminate accounts where false or misleading registration information is detected.
The following persons are not permitted to register or use the Platform: (a) individuals under the age of 18; (b) individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law; (c) employees, contractors, or immediate family members of 444com or its affiliated software providers; (d) individuals who have been placed on a self-exclusion list by 444com.
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 444com Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. 444com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently retain any balances within them.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you. 444com is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued CNIC (front and back) and a selfie photograph. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending. 444com may also request additional documentation such as proof of payment method or source of funds at its sole discretion.
All 444com accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All transactions, balances, and winnings are displayed in PKR. 444com accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits displayed at the time of transaction.
Deposits are processed in real time for most payment methods. 444com does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits made using payment methods that do not match the name on your 444com account will be declined and returned.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Verified accounts (completed KYC) can expect JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals to process within 15–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 444com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Deposits that have not been used to place at least one wager equivalent to the deposit amount may be subject to an administrative processing fee of up to 10% upon withdrawal. Bonus funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Withdrawals of winnings derived exclusively from free spins or bonus credits without satisfying wagering requirements will not be processed.
444com offers various promotional offers to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or software error during a game round, the affected round may be declared void at 444com's sole discretion and all stakes refunded to the player's account.
444com reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on erroneous odds, prices, or odds resulting from a system error. Wagers settled on such odds will be recalculated at the correct price or voided and refunded.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within the game interface. 444com reserves the right to limit the stake of any individual player at any time without explanation.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or published without the prior written permission of 444com. Nothing in these Terms limits 444com's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
444com reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice if it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) you have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (c) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to 444com or other players; (d) you are or become a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2.4.
Upon termination for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both deposit funds and winnings — may be forfeited. Funds will only be returned at 444com's discretion where the circumstances of the breach do not involve fraud or criminal conduct.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified, unwagered real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days of account closure.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 444com holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to 444com's customer support team for informal resolution. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 30 days, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in this clause prevents you from exercising any statutory consumer rights available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
444com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a notice on the Platform login page at least 7 days before taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.
